tomatoe chatney

Tomatoes : 5-6 nos
Green chili : 2 nos
Onion : 2 nos
ginger : A small piece
garlik : 2-3
Red chilli
powder : quarter teaspoon ( for red colour)
corriander
powder : One teaspoon
salt : to taste
curry leaves :
coconut Milk
powder : 2 teaspoon( mix it with quarter cup luke warm water and keep aside)

Chop onion, tomatoe ( deseaded) ,green chili, ginger, garlik in to small piece. Pour oil two teaspoon in to mild hot kadai add all these ingredients alongwith little turmeric red chili powder and corriander powder. Shallow fry and cover it with lid for say about 7 minutes., open it,add coconut milk and curry leaves to it.. serve hot with chappathi or rice.

cherupayar (fibre dosa)

Green cherupayar : 2 cups
Aval : 1/4 th cup
green chili : 2 nos.
Ajwain : a pinch
hing : a pinch
salt : to taste
turmeric : a pinch
Curry leaves : to taste
small onion : as much u like
fenugreek seeds : 1/4 teaspoon
Wash and soak cherupayar and aval for minimum 3 hours... maximum 6 hours.. Grind it with ajwain, hing, fenugreek and make a batter of it..
chop onion, curry leaves green chili and mix it with batter .. then make dosas instantly .. can have it with any of these chatneys: Malli plus ltl putheena, onion plus one tomatoe , or coconut with one amla chatney
